📋 Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Instant Tarot ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Instant Tarot is a digital tarot card reading application that provides randomised card draws and interpretations. The App offers various reading modes including Daily Insight, Time Flow, and Celtic Cross spreads.

3. Entertainment Disclaimer

Instant Tarot is strictly for entertainment purposes only.

• Tarot readings are generated randomly and do not predict the future
• Readings should not be used as a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, psychological, or otherwise)
• We make no claims about the accuracy or reliability of any reading
• Users should not make important life decisions based solely on tarot card readings

4. User Accounts

To access certain features (such as the Diary), you must sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your Google account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us if you suspect unauthorised access

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with the App's operation or security
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use automated systems to access the App
• Misrepresent tarot readings as factual or professional advice to others

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, and code within Instant Tarot are the property of the App owner. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

7. Cooldown System

The App implements a cooldown system between readings. This is by design and is intended to encourage mindful use of the App. Attempting to circumvent the cooldown system is a violation of these terms.

8. Paid Services

We offer optional paid features, such as the "Remove Ads" service. By purchasing a paid service:

• The "Remove Ads" service costs $0.99 USD per 30 days
• The purchase applies only to the specific tool (e.g., Instant Tarot) and does not extend to other AQutoQo tools
• The service does not auto-renew — you must manually purchase again after expiry
• You must agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy before completing a purchase
• The service is linked to your Google account and is non-transferable
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your payment card information

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any decisions made based on tarot readings
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the App

10. Data & Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via the App.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App owner resides.
